PRIVACY

Information deserves a defined purpose.

This notice describes the boundaries for personal information that Yearmetal LLC actually receives in connection with its website, direct part-time recruiting and the optional Yearmetal Bulletin SMS program.

Effective 2026-09-05

SECTION 1

The responsible company

Yearmetal LLC is responsible for this website and Yearmetal Bulletin, which uses the public SMS brand alias YMT. Address questions about a particular record or this notice to alhamad@yearmetal.com. A relevant subject and a brief description usually provide a better starting point than an attachment containing sensitive material.

SECTION 2

Details relevant to the task

If you contact us through an available channel, the information received may include your name, email, mobile number, inquiry, role interest and availability. An operational SMS service may also receive consent confirmations, delivery details and STOP or HELP requests. We ask for information connected to the purpose of the conversation.

SECTION 3

Why a detail may be used

Information actually received may help us answer a product-information question, discuss a direct part-time role, arrange follow-up or maintain communication preferences. Security investigations and applicable legal requirements may create additional limited purposes. Please contact the company directly if a product detail needs authoritative confirmation.

SECTION 4

A firm boundary around mobile consent

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared for independent marketing. Yearmetal Bulletin does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists to find recipients.

SECTION 5

Necessary processing by service providers

Where an enabled service needs delivery, hosting, security or compliance support, a provider may process only the information necessary for that work, including relevant consent records. Such processing does not permit the provider to market independently. A lawful requirement or a genuine need to address misuse may also justify a limited disclosure.

SECTION 6

A record should have an end point

Retention depends on the purpose of information actually held, ongoing correspondence and applicable obligations. Details should be removed or de-identified when no longer needed, where practicable. An opt-out may require a limited suppression record so that a later list or administrative change does not erase the decision to stop messages.

SECTION 7

Corrections and communication choices

Ask alhamad@yearmetal.com about access, correction or deletion of information we hold, subject to applicable rights and exceptions. A proportionate identity check may be needed. Reply STOP to end Yearmetal Bulletin texts or HELP for assistance. Declining SMS leaves you free to ask about and apply for direct part-time work.

SECTION 8

Care in handling and sending information

Access should be restricted to an authorized purpose and supported by reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No communication method is completely secure. Avoid sending account credentials, government identifiers or financial records with a general question. This website does not request those documents as part of its ordinary inquiry fields.

SECTION 9

Scope and later changes

The website and recruiting program are not intended for children under 13. If a child's personal information may have reached us, a parent or guardian can contact alhamad@yearmetal.com. Practices and this notice may change; consult the effective date for the version in use and ask about any change you do not understand.
